Our Colorado bed and breakfast includes six distinctive guestrooms. Each large room has a private bath, thematic decor, private balcony and stunning mountain views.

Our dog friendly Colorado lodging accommodations include four guestrooms on the upper level, where an open hallway looks down upon our great room with a two-story fireplace, comfy leather sofas, full-sized Grand Piano and, of course, the stunning Mt. Shavano Views. Two main floor suites have king sized beds and queen sleeper sofas to accommodate up to four persons. (extra person charges apply).

Policies:
» All rooms include: A fresh farm breakfast, 24-hour access to coffee, tea and hot chocolate; Daily maid service.
» All rates are based on double occupancy – additional persons (including children regardless of age) are $15.00 each.
» Smoking is allowed outside the building and on the balconies.
» Dogs are provided with a welcome goodie bag, dog bed and water bowl! There is a $10 fee per day per dog. Dogs need to be well behaved with a minimum of barking, so as not to annoy the other guests.
» A large outdoor kennel is available for dogs if you need to leave them for any length of time. Any room damages caused by your pet will be assessed and charged to your credit card. While we love and tolerate most all dogs, Management reserves the right to insist that a local boarding kennel be used if excessive barking or disturbances occur.
» Children of any ages are welcome, with the understanding that 10pm - 7am quiet hours will be respected, out of courtesy to other guests.
» Check in is between 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Call to make arrangements if this is not possible).
» Check out time is by Noon.
» Early check in is available after 11am for $50.00 additional charge.
» No refund for early check out. If uncertain how long you would like to stay, it is better to add additional days once you are here.
» We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Cash.
» Reservations are secured with a credit card, with full payment due upon arrival and check-in.
» If reservations are cancelled more than 14 days before scheduled arrival, a $30 restocking fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
» If you need to cancel less than 14 days before arrival - your card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation, UNLESS we are able to re-rent your room.
» We are not responsible for items left behind in the rooms. If you contact us and pay for postage we will make every attempt to find your item and ship it to you through USPS.
